Privacy Policy

This page describes DestinPQ Studio and this marketing site. It replaces earlier “Website Builder” wording. Terms of use for the free app and for code you export are not published yet.

Last updated October 2026. This is product-factual draft copy for review, not a substitute for counsel.

Who we are

DestinPQ Studio is desktop software from DestinPQ Pvt Ltd. It exports an agency client project to a folder on your computer. We do not host the exported site and we do not give that project a DestinPQ URL.

The Mac app

• Version 1.0 does not require a DestinPQ account.
• Version 1.0 has no in-app purchases and no Studio subscription.
• The wizard collects client details, branding, copy, and assets so they can be written into the export folder you choose.
• That folder, including README-DESTINPQ-CLIENT-HANDOFF.md and .destinpq-export.json, stays on your machine until you deploy it yourself.

Some builds can fetch starter kit files from storage configured for that build, such as a company WorkDrive. That fetch prepares the export. It is not DestinPQ publishing a client website.

After you export

Google Sheets, Apps Script, Vercel, Cloudflare, and any payment provider inside an exported commerce kit are services your agency configures. Their privacy terms apply to data those services process. Payment keys in an exported shop are the client’s keys, not Studio billing.

Mac App Store

Apple distributes the Mac app. Download, purchase records (this version is free), and any diagnostics you share with Apple are handled under Apple’s privacy policy.

This website

These pages are static. This draft does not embed a third-party analytics script and does not set its own tracking cookies. Buttons can record a named event only if a tag manager is added later and dataLayer already exists. Contact links open your email app. We do not run an account system on this site.

Email

If you write to support@destinpq.com or pratik@destinpq.com, we use the message to reply and to handle the request (support, a Windows beta build, or a team rollout). We do not sell that correspondence.

Children

DestinPQ Studio is professional delivery software for agencies. It is not directed at children.
